Maha Sauna – Terms & Conditions By using Maha Sauna’s services, website, or facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a safe, seamless, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. 1. Use of Services Maha Sauna provides sauna, hot and cold therapy, massage, and food and drink services. By booking with us, you acknowledge the risks associated with these activities and take full responsibility for your participation. 2. Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made online and require full payment at the time of reservation. • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable. • No-shows will not receive a refund. • If Maha Sauna cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule. 4. Health & Safety • Guests must follow all safety guidelines provided by staff. • If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult a doctor before using our services. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 5. Personal Belongings • Maha Sauna is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. • Guests are encouraged to use provided lockers and bring only essential belongings. 6. Liability Waiver By using Maha Sauna’s services, you assume all risks associated with sauna, hot and cold therapy, and related activities. Maha Sauna is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or property damage incurred during your visit. 7. Privacy Policy • We collect personal data solely for booking and customer service purposes. • Your data is not shared with third parties, except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations. • Guests can request access to, correction, or deletion of their data. 8. Right to Refuse Service Maha Sauna reserves the right to deny service to any customer who violates our policies, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to staff or other guests. 9.
