The house special
A boat of golden bread, stuffed edge to edge with cheese.
It comes from khachapuri, the cheese bread of Georgia, and it is not something you expect to find on a beach road in Sri Lanka. The crust is filled with buffalo mozzarella we make in house and baked until it bubbles, with a side of cheesy sauce for dipping. Tear off the edge, drag it through the middle.
